We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager who can provide leadership and direction for our team and critical support to ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues and subcontractors in the Omaha, Lincoln, and Hastings areas. Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and staff key field positions for assigned projects
  • Establish project objectives, schedules, and performance standards
  • Oversee construction progress through coordination with on-site Superintendents
  • Monitor and manage financial aspects of contracts, including budgets and cost projections
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and engineers
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
  • Conduct project inspections and manage quality control programs
  • Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies for addressing project challenges and delays

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management
  • Proven ability to manage projects up to $50 million in size
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry practices and regulations, some AutoCAD experience, Bluebeam and ProCore is helpful
  • Experience with estimating commercial construction projects
  • Ability to travel within the Midwest as required and will need to pass background checks for federal projects and some commercial projects

Safety Specialist

We are looking for a Safety Specialist who can provide leadership and direction for our team and critical support to ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues and subcontractors in the Omaha, Lincoln, and Hastings areas.   • Manage time, resource allocation, and provide safety leadership to assigned projects.

Field Service Mechanic - Rental Industry

Position Overview: As a Field Service Technician in the rental industry, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of rental equipment deployed across various sites. Your responsibilities will involve traveling to client locations, conducting inspections, performing repairs, and providing technical support to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Inspections: Thoroughly inspect rental equipment to identify any issues or potential maintenance needs. Assess the condition of machinery and components to ensure compliance with safety standards and optimal performance.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on rental equipment, including troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify problems accurately and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • On-Site Support: Respond promptly to service calls from clients requiring technical assistance or repairs on rented equipment. Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients to understand their equipment needs, address concerns, and provide guidance on equipment operation and maintenance. Offer technical expertise and recommendations to optimize equipment usage and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities, including equipment inspections, repairs, and parts used. To track performance metrics and facilitate informed decision-making, generate accurate reports on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and service history.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance and repair tasks. Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment, use personal protective gear as required, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members and clients.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, equipment technologies, and maintenance techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, equivalent, technical certification, or vocational training in mechanics, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a field service technician, preferably in the rental or equipment leasing industry.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse/Operations Associate to support daily warehouse and operational activities. This role is essential to ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, proper handling of customer equipment, and strong coordination with internal teams, external project managers, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
  • Unload, label, and store inventory in designated locations
  • Handle and manage customer equipment with care and accuracy
  • Take clear photos of incoming and exiting storage items/equipment for documentation and recordkeeping
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipments
  • Load and secure outbound deliveries; verify shipping documentation
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners
  • Make local deliveries and pickups when needed using company vehicles
  • Maintain accurate inventory records 
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Work closely with external project managers to coordinate equipment storage, movement, and scheduling
  • Communicate effectively via email and phone with project managers, customers, drivers, and internal teams

We are seeking a skilled heavy equipment mechanic to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy machinery and industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various types of heavy equipment including, cranes, forklifts, and semi-trucks and a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repairs. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to keep equipment running efficiently.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment such as, cranes, forklifts, semi-trucks and trailers.

Diagnose issues using schematics and diagnostics tools for systems including hydraulics, transmissions, air brakes, and suspension, etc.

Conduct fabrication and welding tasks as needed for equipment repair or modification

Repair and replace components such as brakes, transmissions, tires, hydraulic hoses, electrical wiring, and power tools

Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and specialized diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.

Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to identify issues accurately

Assist in the assembly or reassembly of machinery after repairs or upgrades

Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and comply with industry regulations

Maintain detailed service records of all work performed

Qualifications:

Proven experience with heavy equipment repair including, cranes, forklifts, semi-trucks and trailers

Strong mechanical knowledge of engines, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension system, electrical experience with 12/24 electric systems

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering tools, and alignment devices

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.

Customer service skills for interactions with clients

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
